Acoustic Foam Panels

Acoustic foam panels are open-cell sound-absorbing materials designed to reduce echo, prevent ringing, improve acoustic sound quality, and organize unwanted noise within a space.

Made primarily from polyurethane and melamine foam, acoustic foams fill sound gaps to prevent unwanted noise inside the environment.

After being produced as flat sheets, acoustic foam panels are shaped into various designs using specialized machinery, making them suitable for different settings. This process provides both sound insulation and acoustic treatment.

Although acoustic foams are made from similar raw materials, they can differ in density, color, size, pattern, thickness, and fire resistance. Fire-retardant acoustic foams are produced from polyurethane with varying densities to effectively block a range of sound frequencies and meet fire safety standards.
